In the spirit of reconciliation, Mercy Ministry Companions acknowledges the Traditional Owners of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respect to elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples of the country where we live and work today.
Our National Office is located on the lands of the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people of the Kulin nation, and our Ministries operate across the country and across a range of other Indigenous lands and clans.
We acknowledge the diversity of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples across this land. We respectfully recognise Elders both past and present.
We believe our core value of respect is key to reconciliation. We commit to genuine reconciliation with First Nations peoples by acknowledging past injustices and working towards healing and understanding.
The ministries of Mercy Community Services Australia, Mercy Education and Mercy Health support, educate and care for communities across Australia.
