On Thursday 14th November, the final gathering of Cohort 2 participants in our inaugural Middle Leaders’ Program was held at the MMC office in Brunswick. There was great excitement and enthusiasm as we reconnected in various ways. Throughout the day we explored the importance of values-informed leadership and the ways our ministries engage in works of mercy. A significant part of the gathering was the sharing of progress being made on each participant’s mini project. The project provides an opportunity to apply what has been learned during the Program to our professional leadership practice.
We have had 37 Middle Leaders engaged across the two Cohorts this year and are most grateful for the support given to each one by their ministries. The cross-ministry aspect of the Program has been appreciated very much. We will offer two Programs in 2025, with details being sent to ministries later in November.
